The Advanced Biomaterials Group (ABIOG)

The overall goal of the ABIOG project is the development of closer cooperation between the V4 in the field of scientific exchanges, research and innovation.

ABIOG is a project funded by International Visegrad Fund under Small Grant Programme.

About Project

The project develops closer cooperation among the V4 countries in the field of biomaterial science by founding the Advanced Biomaterials Group (ABIOG), which will promote scientific exchanges, research and innovations. The main aim of the project is to create the ABIOG composed of researchers from four Visegrad countries: Poland – Cracow University of Technology, Czech Republic - Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry AS CR, Slovakia - Polymer Institute SAS and Hungary - Budapest University of Technology and Economics, specialized in the field of synthesis and characterization of polymeric biomaterials. Four short-term working visits to Partners’ Institutions and finall meeting is planned. Implementation period — from 01/09/2016 to 01/03/2017.
